Vice President and Global Chief IP Counsel, Entegris Inc.

Erika Singleton is the Vice President and Global Chief IP Counsel for Entegris Inc. Entegris is a leading supplier of mission-critical advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high technology industries. Singleton is responsible for the worldwide capture, protection, and commercialization of Entegris’ intellectual property, as well as defining and promoting the best strategic IP practices and processes for the company. Singleton is a part of the executive leadership for Entegris.

Over her 25-year career, Singleton has worked with companies in various industries across the global manufacturing arena, including ExxonMobil, Pfizer and Honeywell. Prior to Entegris, she served as Global Chief IP Counsel for CMC Materials Inc.

In her community, Singleton is active in the New Orleans Jack and Jill of America Chapter and a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is passionate about STEAM programs for the youth and instrumental in exposing minorities to the semiconductor industry as a career option.

Singleton received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
