EVAN LANGDON is a Partner at Fabricant LLP in Washington, DC, and the Chair of Fabricant LLP’s International Trade Commission (ITC) practice. His work focuses on Section 337 investigations before the ITC, intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, and appeals before the Federal Circuit. He is adept at navigating the unique and complex procedural and technical issues of Section 337 investigations, and the rigorous economic analyses required for domestic industry and public interest. Mr. Langdon began his career as a primary examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Langdon graduated, magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from Villanova University.
