Mr. Pearsall has worked as an economic consultant for more than 35 years and has provided expert opinions in matters involving economic damages, proprietary control of assets, brand value, and very generally changes in markets where goods and services are transacted. He has worked for clients active in a wide array of industries as well as for the U.S. and State Governments. He has provided expert testimony quantifying economic damages using models, forecasts, industry analyses, financial markets and products to determine impacts associated with commercial disputes and/or strategies. He also has authored numerous articles, presented at national and regional conferences and been asked to appear as a guest lecturer for organizations, law schools, and universities.
