Jason Gish has over 25 years of experience helping clients negotiate complex commercial transactions involving technology and intellectual property. His clients rely on him for advice on licensing, SaaS, distribution, development, collaboration, joint venture and other agreements.
Jason spent the early part of his career at two leading AmLaw200 firms (Wilmer Hale and Foley Hoag). He also served as associate general counsel for Fresenius Medical Care, a large international medical device and services company. He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Jason is a partner at TLG Law LLC and co-chair of the Boston Chapter of LES.
