Nicki Kennedy is a partner with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in their Washington, DC office. Ms. Kennedy concentrates her practice on matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (“USPTO”). She represents and counsels clients during patent prosecution as well as in post-grant proceedings. She also manages international patent porfolios, including validity challenges. Ms. Kennedy has a B.S. in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses and chasing her three small children.
