Patrick’s most recent trial verdicts include a $42.4M verdict; a complete defense verdict of non-infringement and invalidity in a competitor-v-competitor patent dispute; a $27.8M verdict; and a $2M+ judgment after a jury found that a former employee misappropriated confidential information. Patrick has also successfully argued appeals at the Eighth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, Federal Circuit, and Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court. Most recently, Patrick won an affirmance at the Eighth Circuit, which affirmed summary judgment in his client’s favor in a trade secret dispute.
