Vince has a hands-on technical background that is rare among attorneys. His experience as an aircraft technician, inspector, and test pilot, along with experience designing and implementing IoT home automation systems, showcases his deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Vince’s practice spans intellectual property and aviation disputes, patent and trademark applications, contract drafting and negotiation, and includes various technical areas, including semiconductors, medical devices, drilling equipment, LTE/telecommunications hardware and software, and aircraft propulsion systems. Recently, Vince has focused on artificial intelligence, addressing technical advancements and compliance with legal and ethical obligations. He has presented on AI’s legal implications and helped establish the firm’s AI Triage Center.

As a firm owner, Vince manages law firm operations, leads attorney and paralegal teams, and develops custom software solutions for improved efficiency and visibility into operations and financial health. His persuasive writing skills have secured successful outcomes for clients, evidenced by his tenure on the Baylor Law Review and as president of his law school class. He also co-chaired the Dallas Bar Association Publications Committee, producing the award-winning Headnotes newsletter, and chaired the Aviation Section of the State Bar of Texas from 2014-15.

Vince has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for intellectual property by D Magazine (2014-2024) and appeared in Super Lawyers (2014-2024). In 2012, he was honored as the Baylor Law Young Lawyer of the Year.
